The South County Colts have started their football season! This week they began practices in the evening, helmets and light pads, in what is called a combine. Timothy will be playing in the 75 pound league, although he is a bit lighter than the other players. After three days of practice, they will be allowed to have full contact practices which should be a lot of fun! The team will get weighed-in for the Northern Virginia league this Saturday and get drafted among three teams in the club.
On a side note, Timothy will be conducting some fund raising for his team by selling raffle tickets. Please help out the South County Athletic Association by purchasing a $10 raffle ticket from him. The winner can receive a trip for two (winners choice) to one of the following:

The drawing will be held November 5th, 2011 at 1400. Ticket holder does not need to be present to win prize.
