Samantha had another day at the “office.” While her scores were higher than the New York Invitational, they were about par from the last intersquad. Perhaps the judging is more lenient at home meets. And even though she fell off the beam, she still placed 1st for her age group! Here’s the summary:
Vault 9.30 —– 2nd place
Uneven Bars 9.0 —– 2nd place
Balance Beam 8.75 —– 1st place
Floor 9.10 —— 2nd place
All Around 36.15 —–1st place
Samantha’s next meet is at Chantilly Academy in Northern Virginia on January 27th, 2006.
